Brown Rice, 2-3 oz. Any green vegetable&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Meal 3:&lt;/strong&gt; 8 oz. chicken or lean ground turkey, 4-6 oz. Brown Rice, 2-3 oz.
